went to vic makrets and got some nice diced lamb, fried about 300g in olivve oil with pink salt n garlic and ate it with fresh whole small pineapple, celery and broccoli.

i like to have a about 1.5 litre of water with effervescent vitamins first thing in the mornings.
 
Made some of my protein ice cream. Yum

Banana
100gm strawberries
100ml almond milk
Some ice cubes
40 gm rocky road PP
12 gm PB2
 
I get up to piss when I’ve been smashing beers right up to bed time, drop a gallon out of me followed by a reassuring fart and I’m good to go back to sleep
 
300g chicken thigh fillets cooked in water seasoned with pink salt, herbs and spices, 8 rice cakes with topped with avocado and this roasted pepper relish stuff called "ajvar" and a big plate of fresh celery.
 
Half a kg of quality rump.
1 full avocado.
1 pure pork sausage.

Went down scary fast.

I love a good proper pasta dish. Wow.

I do too, i have cut back on pasta recently and switched back to bread. With pasta i rak up heaps more carbs cause its really dense high calorie food, whereas bread i can't fit as much in my stomach so i get about half the amount of carbs.

Might cook some roast potato tomorrow.
 
i had it my egg whites with ketchup. lots of celery. pineapple and bananna. a beetroot salad and then later on i have my snickers protein bars.

i've stopped eating dairy and grains. i was eating a fuck ton of low fat dairy, chobani yogort and woolworths ricotta cheese every day and night and i dont think it was good for my estrogen levels.
