Blueberry sludge!
Froze my blueberries overnight and added them to my strawberry protein shake this morning.
There is something about freezing your own blueberries as opposed to buying frozen blueberries!

Can't beleive you're having fruit. Lol j/k

Where ever. Fruit shop usually or Coles / Woolies if I'm desperate. They aren't cheap though bloody things.

Don't like the frozen ones.

All good. I love my fruit too. Just a few posts in my thread about fruit recently lol

dear CT .. there is no "you do not boil quinoa for 15 minutes".

you can if you like. it's a standard way to cook it.

One of several..

How to How to prepare quinoa - Cooking tips - Taste.com.au

try my version and make up your own mind. its not the first time i've cooked it.

edit: a chef would add some salt, and oil or a bit of butter and work that in after adding the boiled water. but i pretty much cook all my foods raw as in, i don't add things.
i don't bake my vege's in oil coatings for example, i don't add oil to meats etc etc. and i don't salt and oil my quinoa.

still comes out fluffy and perfect every time.
