The turkey looks good

it's just turkey breast and I marinate it various things. today lemon juice and garlic for about an hour to tenderise the meat.
then on a hot pan to sear both sides. I add a little water to the juice and garlic, toss that in the pan, reduce the heat and cook through.
the little bit of steam keeps the meat super tender so it's never dry.

Also love doing this with lime juice and adding some dijon mustard.

Fast, easy and yum.

Whether you go to a good or cheap pizza bar, the toppings are the same. Cheese, tomato, meat; it all comes from the same suppliers. The only difference is the base. The cheap places screw up the base. So minimise the screw up and always go thin.

Thin bases are shit. It's like eating a fucking biscuit and if they fuck up your thick base find a better pizza place.

The dough is important, yeah you don't want it like a biscuit and you don't want to feel like you are eating Plasticine either.

made so much food yesterday in prep for first 1/2 of the week.
barramundi, smoked cod, chicken, salmon, bacon, heaps of brussells, potato, cauliflour. lots of variation :D
