Today's lunch.


Mexican and chorizo chilli beef with crispy grilled cheese and guacamole.

Made some mandarin protein bars P16 C8 F4 (and 4g dietary fibre) for each small bar.

Really good! Another way to use up some of my uncle's glut of mandarins I scored on the weekend.

[MENTION=10084]Jungnaut[/MENTION]; I like them :) Lots of mandarin flavour and they are nice and a bit sticky. Will be posting the recipe to my blog as I'm slack atm because I just lost someone very dear to me so not feeling like writing :(
[MENTION=17457]Repacked[/MENTION]; just Natvia Icing Mix and mandarin juice :) Sets well. you can add a bit of butter to it and that's really good but I couldn't be bothered (also macros). So icing has hardly any kcals but really makes the bar.
also good on doughnuts.
