whats your suggestion for meal plan for weight training???


read back over this and other threads that talk about nutrition etc, have a look on the net , then come up with something and people will give advice ,

all i can say is eat whole foods , avoid processed crap ,

My daily diet consists of the following

Meal 1: 1/3 cup of cereal or oats with 100mL light milk + protein shake (2 scoops 100% WPI with 1 bannana + 250mL light milk).

Meal 2 + 3: 125g of Chicken breast with 60g mixed vegetable

Meal 4: Usually a tuna or chicken wrap with yoghurt, cheese, avocado

Meal 5: Post workout, Protein shake (same as breakfast) as well a sandwitch

Meal 6: Whatever is for dinner (usually fish/beef/chicken with some vegetables).
