he was probably responding to haters and other weirdos who dont even train yet complain and complain hence had to pretend to be proactive about it

but he never ever said i was going to be banned

infact that forum was one of the most open in ways of letting people be themselves than any i know on the net

edit also met him with a few other peeps when went to a melb arnold classic years ago
