Some kunce rocks up yesterday, sets up on the leg extension, puts on a inzer lever belt, whips out the phone an proceed to sit there, not utilising the machine for about 5 minutes.

Then gets up, moves to the leg curl, repeats the above procedure.

Into the squat rack, loads up 100kg, sits on a bench and just stares at his phone, ocasionally glancing at the bar, gets up, walking around the gym like he's the most alpha fuck in there. unloads the bar.

Moves into the main part of the gym, grabs 15kg DB, proceeds to speed curl those fuckers for about 10 minutes, dropping them after EVERY set, scans the room to ensure that everyone is mirin (or in our case, planning his death) and the walks out like a boss.

I wanna be like him....

This douche is my new hero. Spends about 15 minutes loading the leg press up with about 600-650kg of bumper plates, including stacking them behind the foot plate, does a few sets of 1/4 rom AT THE MOST reps (looking at himself in the mirror all the time of course), then spends another 15 minutes unloading them and leaves the gym. I want to be this cool when I grow up...

On a happier note this bloke who I had never seen before, looked like he just strolled in off the street wearing work shoes was doing 140kg ATG squats. The pic only looks parallel but I couldn't time it right to get him in the hole, so he was on his way back up, but he was going deep.

So many facepalms at my gym....

That leg in the air thing when benching confuses the heck out of me. I've even seen PT's coach that to female clients. Which would be understandable if she was wearing short shorts but she had trakkies so what's the point??

Is the current trend to wear a tee shirt that's about 5 sizes too big or something? So many kunce rolling dresses in the gym. Guess it's better than rolling a stringer with girlie arms?

Correct. This is why, despite what medical professionals or competitive powerlifters say about lines of force, you should always squat as pigeon toed as possible to accentuate your quad sweep.
 
Why do kunce do chit on their side? Always seeing people lying on the leg press on their side and today see some kunce doing high rows on the side. What do they stand to gain by doing this chit?

Also seen a bloke practicing his broom stock kung fu. Twirling it around like it ain't no thing...smashed his shin with it and hobbled away. Fuck I laughed
 
I just saw a guy doing tricep kickbacks "on his side" as well.. except he wasn't trying to, just that he had shitting mobility but wanted to check himself out in the mirrors while during the set haha.

I know a lot of online female fitness 'enthusiasts' recommend side leg press for better glute development

Old mate from the previous page on the leg press again. Loads each plate one by one over about 15 minutes just as the gym is starting to get busy. Uses most of the bumper plates in the place. Myself and a couple of other dudes looking for plates, walk off shaking our heads. 3" ROM. Then when he'd finished he get talking to some other dude for about 15 minutes before he spends another 15 minutes unloading, so basically he had the majority of the bumper plates (and all the 20/25s) in the place for about an hour. What a cock.

You and the other dudes need to load up all the equipment with the plates when you see him coming. He'll have to leg press with 10s and 5s.
 
They should manufacture a leg press with a release lever that cannot be re-engaged until the carriage has done at least one complete traverse. The 2 inch-tonne leg presser is one of the many reasons I cant handle training at commercial gyms some of the fuckers don't even unload them after use.
 
Got a 24 hour Goodlife card as there were limited opening hours over the long weekend. But only some Goodlifes are 24 hours at the moment. The gym I went to was the scummiest gym I've ever been to. Basin sinks cracked, ants everywhere, someone had shaved and didn't unplug the sink, broken toilet seats. Then the actual gym had old rusty bars, the dumbbells were all hacked up, collars were mangled, the weight racks were empty, all the equipment was loaded up and people had left their gym towels on the floor and left.

I thought my regular gym wasn't the best, but it was a 5 star hotel compared to this place.
