Agility? I would say strength and endurance and you can have it too. We all start somewhere... The biggest and hardest thing you have to do is start.

Gareer that kind of training will negatively affect your muscle growth due to your crazy high metabolism. Leave it to me to crush the Mikes. Just give me 2 years and make sure they don't improve at all in that time.

Redlands..

I used to play at Logan, though I am in Perth Now, moving back to Brisbane though. Tossing up between rugby or golf. If I play golf, I will prob play the friday night 5th grade comp for an inner city club.

I moved inner city and travelling all the way out to Logan was killing the enjoyment for me.

dave your right, I haven't bothered with any cardio yet, but once I hit 82.5kg I'll start throwing some burpees in again. I.e. Once all my exams are done. Then the plan is to get to the top of that board. And "the wolf climbing the mountain is hungrier than the wolf on the mountain" watch out 180...

Do what I do, get a 6am tee time and go play rugby after.

Had a crack today, 10:33. I underestimated how tough it was going to be, I was spent by the end of it.

(First post :))

before i try this, would it be reccomended NOT to try this if you suffer from back pain on a daily basis?

Depends on how bad your back is. I get no issues from it neither have some others. Try a few and see how you feel.

I'm suffering back pain and I found them beneficial. One thing though once you start fatiguing you really need to concentrate on keeping your core solid.

What is your back pain caused from?

i suffer from a few different things and not 100% sure what causes the pain. mixture of scoliosis and fybromyalgia
