Bloody hell! They look amazing & I'm still feeling poorly from last night, but would smash with Spartan fury right now lol

Yum Viv! :p

Question on the proughnuts Viv: Could I sub coconut flour for almond flour? Same amounts? It says on the packet that you typically use about 1/3 the amount of regular flour.

Off to the health food store for lucuma powder :) What other uses do you have for it?

Hey Chris,
yes, you could use coconut flour and typically one would use 1/4 to 1/3 of the amount of other flours/nut meals. You could also sub oat flour 1:1 if you want to lower the fat, up the carbs.

I'm going to make another doughnut recipe that's higher carb and lower fat this weekend. Been so flat out, I'm dying ... gotta go to training now too

Lucuma is amazing. I add it to proats, in shakes, mixed in with ffgy sludge, in fluff, in baked stuff, anywhere I want that yummy taste :)

I love my hwpi mixed with lucuma and vanilla and water ... hardcore without stevia but then I add raw cacao and hot chilli to my shakes if I have them :p

Thanks Viv. That gives me some ideas. I think I might wait until the high carb version comes out :p I don't have a doughnut pan yet anyway so that will hold me up!

Strawberry Ripe Protein Bars

Strawberry Ripe or Strawberry Bounty Bars ... these are good and no nasties for anyone eating "clean" :)
