Nah not even bothering going. I wasn't in this for any reason but support and hardly followed any of it, not in line to win anything, didn't buy any supps. Just 12 week cut realistically

Maintenance calories and compound lifts till August and I'll probably follow the challenge again.

Just to have a break. Eat some different food. Get some strength back. Not log and weigh good for a while. Have my cafe breakfast. Etc etc. But not to become a blimp again. I work better in a time frame than going willy nilly week to week.
