Awesome scrambled chilli eggs with feta and multigrain for lunch (no pic, didn't have phone).
Even better because I didn't have to cook it myself :p

Just doing some taste testing of these new Thai pralines I made this week for new flavours.
lemongrass and lime ganache on top of a salted chilli peanut gianduja.
My job is a killer ;)

Finally tried chicken and waffles, which is apparently big in America. Was pretty average. I think I'd prefer my usual salmon and feta omelette when out for breakfast.

They look alright
Might upgrade from the wee chipolatas. I'm just impatient when it comes to cooking time. The little ones cook quicker...but if they're better for me I guess it's a price I can pay?

LOL the only thing missing on that label are the words 'organic', 'hand crafted', and 'no added hormones'. Everything else has been accounted for.

They garlicky smelly fukkas, don't eat before a date cos you think u can sneak in a quiet burp and nekt minit kunce are checking their shoes for dog shit.

Found this recipe on the net & made the above!

Ingredients:
4 x Scoops of WPI Protein
1 x jumbo egg
100g oats
20g shredded coconut
30g sugar free maple syrup

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl till you get a consistency you can roll Into balls! If need you can add a very small amount of water but you don't want to much water as if they are to runny you can't roll them. Once mixture is ready, roll the balls in some desiccated coconut and put into a container to set in fridge for a few hours!! Easy! [emoji108]
--------------------------------------------------------
Each batch makes 10-12 balls - approx 150calories for 2 balls [emoji106]

post workout Chicken Marylands with garlic, rosemary and lemon and some carrots, cabbage, tomato and carisma potatoes, EVOO, vincotto and rye sourdough.

sorry no pics, was too hungry lol

I'm truly sick of having no oven (mine acts like a crazed supernatural evil thing from a Stephen King novel).
I finally caved in to my need to make some eclairs (it's been over 12 months now :()
The oven did its feral thing and dropped 30C instantly right when I needed the temp to be high.
Ah well, the pastry isn't perfect but my passionfruit creme filling is awesome so still got treats tonight.

My oven blew up too.
The thermostat died and it would just heat up non stop, so I had to turn the oven on and off to control the temp. Now it's just totally dead, no heat at all.

mine is partly a thermostat issue too. I have to set it to max temp of 250C to get it to 225C but then it drops temp suddenly for no reason. Keeping a thermometer in there (calibrated) shows what a crazy party it's having inside.
Stuffs up everything and can't do proper roasts or anything either. DEAD.

Which is bad as I used to make pastries commercially but not in the past 12 months :(
