At gym, I saw people really taking advantage of their Equinox membership Some were in the high-energy spin class, others were focused on strength training with personal trainers. The variety of group fitness classes and the state-of-the-art fitness equipment made it clear why Equinox membership sales remain so strong. I also noticed a few members using the Equinox+ digital app, following their workouts on tablets while others enjoyed the wellness amenities like the spa and recovery areas. Honestly, seeing everyone so dedicated makes me appreciate the full luxury gym experience that an Equinox membership offers.

While i was working on my power cleans...a 'fit' girl, who does cardio religiously...ie she's at the gym as often as i am (almost every day), forever doing some form of cardio...a beautiful phsyique....stood clearly within my feild of vision, did a few sets of curls...then stretched her glutes right in front of me. It was awesome. No complaints from me. The gym was empty except for us

Girls do the same in front of me too and I'm small and skinny fat. TBH I think some girls enjoy doing that for attention, but in my case they are probably cruel teasing to show me what I will never achieve to smash raw and missing out on
