Seen a guy doing bench on the smith machine but as he was repping his set was kicking his legs like he was swimming back-stroke

Must of been one of those chest/ab all in one exercises ????

Don't know if that is a legitimate exercise but it looked pretty funny

Nothing involving a smith is legit

A guy teaching his mate how to squat in the squat rack with only the bar while i was waiting to use the squat rack, since when do you need a fuckin rack to teach someone to squat with only the bar????

Since getting the bar into the right position / walkout / re-racking is all important for a complete beginner, makes sense to learn in the rack to me.

Fair point, still pissed me off since they were doing this for 50mins......

This is why I don't miss going to public gyms, half your time is spend waiting to use equipment, especially in Sydney in peak hour.

My squat rack is sitting waiting for me. No one else uses it, it's great.

WINNING!!!!!

Twice in last 24 hours whilst at Gym with ear phones in, 2 people trying to become my friend. Can't u see I dont want to talk. Leave me alone.

So one of the larger units at the gym doing bicep curls with an Ezy bar with 85kg .. a bit of body english, but not horrific given he was curling 85kgs!

An older gentleman was casually reading a book in the change rooms. Nothing like a PWO-literary feast to get the good stuff to your muscles.

Me giving my power rack a new coat of paint:)

Looks like brand new now.....no one would know its over 20 years old.

I think the calf raise machine will be next:rolleyes:

Bwahahahahahaha....hilarious...I guess that makes up for waiting for equipment....I must say I also miss perving on hot women in skimpy outfits using the cardio equipment.
As soon as I cancelled my mainstream gym membership in favour of Strength Sports Gym (before continuing I should note that the old gym's policy is that they'll still charge you for a month after you cancel, so I kept showing up for cardio/stretching/foam rolling), all the hot cardio bunnies started coming out to play every time I showed up. There were even hot chicks in the squat rack and doing other compound lifts. Part of me was suddenly sad to leave that place.
