Hey guys pretty new to the forum thing
Have been training pretty much my whole adult life, I am 31 now had a major car accident 5 years back which put a stop to the heavier side of training that I used to do. But have since done a lot of research on what I can do to get back to my old ways that I miss so much! Have just bought a rogue reverse hyper to help with bulging discs and strengthening of posterior chain and will definitely keep you all updated as there seems to be little use of this machine for rehab in Oz. Anyways guys thanks for the place where we can share our interests am looking forward to sharing the journey with you all [emoji106]

Hello

Hi,

I am Peekay. I am 44 and have been training most of my adult life. I try to be consistent but it’s hard with a young family and work commitments.

I would like to learn more about training techniques, nutrition and supplements.

For the last five years, my breakfast is a shake consisting of:

- 5 whole eggs;
- 1 cup of oats;
- 1 banana;
- 1 Handful of roasted almonds and walnuts
- 2 scoops of protein
- Almond milk

I am 170cm and 72kg.

Hi,

If you have 5 whole eggs you don’t need 2 scoops of protein.
Maybe just a half scoop for flavour but your banana should provide enough flavour.

I know it sounds like a lot of protein but it’s worked for me and my weight is stable. Plus I can prepare and have breakfast in five minutes.

I add the banana for fibre to aid digestion. Not for taste.

If anything, I want the taste to be bland and not too rich.
