I have been high bar squatting for a while now. I am getting some irritation in my right hip/groin area, which seems to be getting better from bringing my stance in a bit.
After some research, low bar squatting seems to easier on the back and allow for more weight to be pushed. Some may argue...
I haven't really seen too much posted on what to eat on Low Carb Days, so what do people suggest? Alot of green vegies etc for sure.
But what else do you stack on your plate to maintain the same calories on low carb days?
I see people with fats in the 50-100g range, how do they do it? I'm not exactly eating crappy foods. Here is an example of my diet (without dinner).
Now with dinner, and any other snacks I have it goes 150+
How the hell do I keep it down? Or should I just not worry? Yes I eat oats 3 times a day...

I also switched shoes from Risto weightlifting shoes to Adidas Superstar 2 and my stance is a fair bit wider than when I was high bar squatting.
Hi,
I know for low bar squats you should initiate the movement with the hips, as if sitting on the toilet. But what about high bar squats? Do I still initiate the movement with the hips?
