LOL Nazzy ... I was starving last night. Total carb coma by the time I finished eating. Slept well :p

They're really good! I added chilli ... it was in my PB (i make it myself) and I sprinkled it on top. probably not everyone's cup of tea, but I love chilli on anything.

Enjoy....good for you getting CRUNCHY PB .. smooth PB is the pits :D

Scoffed down this omelet I knocked up for lunch.
4 eggs, 1 onion, mustard infused shaved turkey breast and a whole lot of chilli


Definitely on the repeat list!!!

worst day ever: my hand mixer broke. no more protein fluff for me.

on the plus side, i channelled the anger into PBs for front and back squats :D

gotta hit the good guys tomorrow to buy a new one - a day without protein fluff is a day not worth living...

any suggestions for a new mixer? or should i just get a bullet?
