They've been doing these 2kg burger challenges the last few weekends. Free if you can finish it... Record is 13mins, one chick has done it in 16.

Baked chicken breast.
Some had ham & seeded mustard, another had pumpkin & spinach, daughters had cheese and ham and another had ham, cheese & mustard.
Very tasty!
 
Half of the 1.3kg weight would have been the bones. Did you deduct the weight of the bones from the 1.3kg?
