Ate nearly 1.5kg of various slices from the bakery today and I am sorry Bella I forgot to take photos again. Was too busy stuffing my face.
 
hmmm just made the choux shells for some protein profiteroles / eclairs / bigné ... can't wait to fill them with some proteiny goodness tomorrow.

Resisting temptation to eat them now.... :p
 
500 grams chicken in nandos marinade
200 grams broccoli
100 grams beans
50 grams tasty cheese
A couple of lettuce leaves to wrap chicken in...

Not Hungary.... But still got room for more food...hmmmm
 
Well I have a photo of this meal but unfortunately it is pretty boring.

12 scrambled eggs with tomato sauce on a few bits of toast.
400g veggies
Extra cheese spaghetti.

Awesome afternoon protein shake/dessert:

1 scoop WPI
1 cup almond milk
5g raw cacao
10g psyllium
toffee flav drops (stevia)

Whizz with a blender.
It's marshmallowy milkshakey chocolatey goodness :D

I heated up Canned Beef and Vegetable soup... I felt it lacked any sort of nutrition so added my brown rice, sweet potato and Silver side beef. Thick as! Mmmmmmm
