I don't believe that you had any veggies Tim :p

That round steak is the stuff I used for the negimaki the other day. (steak sushi)
 
Yeah its easy to cook on the bbq. Though the smaller peice was indeed ordinary.

Chris, love me veggies, seriously wouldnt be without em!! Were still in m'wave :p

Yeah I've tried it plenty of times on the BBQ and without tenderising it I've never had a good one. Give me a porterhouse on the BBQ any day.
 
felt crappy all day but still eating :)

Yeh for sure mate. Porterhouse is probably my favourite...that or scotch fillet. :p
Ive cooked so many bbqs i find it difficult to stuff em up, regardless of cut. Those peices were done on a preheated bbq to 200c. 100 seconds in both directions on both sides. :p
 
This is why I don't post many food pics, it tends to look a bit ruff compared to others on here.

My early lunch / late breakfast

10 scrambled eggs on 3 pieces of toast topped with cheese and tomato sauce + an apple i had already eaten.

Dinner

600g chicken with smokey BBQ marinade.
800g homemade chips.
400g choc ice cream.
About 2300 calories.

PROTEIN PANCAKES!!!

1 x cup of ground oats
4 x scoops Proto Whey
3 x egg whites
Pinch of cinamin
Pinch of baking soda

Add water to desired thickness...

Goes heaps good with sugar free syrup

Last night was Maccas...

2 big macs
1 cheese burger
small fries
small vanilla thick shake
2 diet cokes

Then ate some cinnamon oats and a bowl of sultana bran cause I was still hungary....
