    UHT Milk Good or Bad??

    Just wondering what you guys thought about UHT milk such as protien and nutrient levels. From what I have read you lose about half the goodness through the heating process. The only reason I ask is because thats all we have at work.

    Coconut Milk

    Hey all, I was watching the news a few weeks a go and it had Anthony Minichiello on there talking about how he trains, coming back from a bad back injury. He said that he drinks a lot of coconut milk and that it was really good for you. Can anyone elaborate on this? Wouldn't mind trying some.

    milk kills my stomach
